Visit to Newly Appointed EDB Chairman
On 26th February SLJBC, led by President Mr. Mahen Kariyawasan and accompanied by other committee members, visited the newly appointed Export Development Board (EDB) Chairman/CEO, Mr. Mangala Wijesinghe. The discussion focused on key topics such as Expo Osaka 2025 and future initiatives, exploring opportunities for collaboration and the promotion of Sri Lankan exports. This meeting aimed at strengthening ties between the business council and the EDB, ensuring alignment in strategic goals for international trade and export development.
